William Leslie Raynor, 70, of 212 Medford Drive, Greer, husband of Margit Raynor died Tuesday, December 27, 2011.

He was the son of the late Archie and Martha Ann Raynor.

William proudly served in the U.S. Army for 27 years and enriched all of our lives with his unselfish love.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of 49 years, are his children and their spouses, Gisela and Donald Margotta, Michael and Diane Raynor; his grandsons Grayson and David; his siblings and their wives, Huston, Luby, Ellen, Harold and Francis, Joe and Mary Lou, Larry and Edna; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday,December 31, 2011 from 2 pm to 3 pm at the Mackey Mortuary in Greenville, SC with a memorial service following at 3 pm in the Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity or, in honor of military families, to The Fisher House Foundation Inc., 111 Rockville Pike, Suite 420, Pikeville, MD, 20850.
