William Leroy Thomason of Morristown departed this life at home on Sunday October 17, after a brief illness. He was 85. He was born in York, South Carolina on January 21, 1925 and has been a resident of Morristown for over 60 years. He married Helen Mitchell on November 21, 1954. She preceded him in death on May 1, 2010. Mr. Thomason was employed for 30 years as a mechanic at the Whippany Paper Mill. After his retirement in 1982 he established his business, Mr. T's Auto. He was a colorful father, husband, uncle, brother and grandfather. He leaves to mourn two sisters, four sisters-in-law, four sons, five daughters and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
