William P. LaPierre, 76 passed away at his home in Warwick. He was a United States Marine, who served during the Korean War. He had served with the Pawtucket Police Department and retired from the Security Department of Roger Williams General Hospital. He was an active supporter of the Warwick F.O.P. He was the widower of Emma I. LaPierre of Warwick. He is survived by his Sister Ann LaPierre of Illinois, his brother John LaPierre of California, his two sons Richard W. LaPierre of Preston Ct. and William C. LaPierre of Warwick, his two daughters Frances Klensch LaPierre of Richmond RI. and Hazel E LaPierre of Warwick. He is also survived by his companion Marina Fenley, seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The wake and service are Monday November 16, 2009, 5PM to 7PM at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick. Please visit www.carpenterjenks.com to sign the guest book.
