William Vicent Fabrick, 58, of Westminster died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at the Carroll Hospital Center. Born Sept. 16, 1950 in Baltimore he was the son of Dolly Deitz Fabrick of Westminster and the late William Joseph Fabrick, Sr. He is the husband of Edith Knight Fabrick.
He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1968. He was a member of the Linwood Brethren Church and the Moose Lodge #1381 in Westminster. He enjoyed motorcycles, crabbing, and watching wrestling on TV.
Besides his wife and mother he is survived by daughter and son-in-law Tammy and John Welsh of Jacob, Pa., son and devoted friend William Fabrick and Ashley of Owings Mills, step-son and wife James and Carrie Yost of Westminster, sister Margaret Redmond of Kingsdale, Pa., brother and sister-in-law Joseph H.L. Fabrick and Darlene Shipley of Westminster. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother William J. Fabrick, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. at the Fletcher Funeral Home, P.A., 254 E. Main St., Westminster with his pastor Rev. Dan Ceary officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time.
