William was born on February 25, 1928 and passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011.

William was a resident of Canton, Ohio at the time of his passing.

Bill was a 1947 graduate of Magnolia High School and attended Kent State University and the University of Akron.

He is survived by his wife Mary.

A private service for the family will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor John Maroni and Pastor Andrew Riggs officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery with full Military Honors. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia where Masonic Services will be held at 5:45 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bills memory may be made to Palliative Care at Aultman Hospital in recognition for the wonderful care they provided to him.
