William W. "Fat Boy" Pelton, 22, passed away July 7, 2009, in Portsmouth, VA.He was born in Chesapeake, VA and worked in the construction industry.He is survived by his mother, Kelly Marie Sanchez of Norfolk, VA; and father, William Wesley Sample of Portsmouth, VA; along with four sisters, Leslie Pelton of Portsmouth, VA, Amber Neely and husband Christopher of Virginia Beach, VA, Sarah Pelton of Portsmouth, VA and Savannah Jennings of Portsmouth, VA; one niece; and two nephews.A service will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2009, at 3 p.m. in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Hwy. Chapel by Rev. Shirley Mitchem. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at snellingsfuneralhome.com.
