Willie Mae (Holley) Payne was born in Gastonia, NC, January 26, 1957. She was the daughter of Willie Holley and Nellie (Smith) Holley. She was educated in the Paterson, NJ School system. She also attended the Passaic County Community College. Willie Mae had formerly been employed by the North Jersey Developmental Center, Totowa. Willie Mae Will be remembered as a kind hearted carefree person. She was loyal to family and friends however you was in trouble if you ever crossed her. She was preceded in death by a sister, Priscilla. Surviving to cherish precious memories are: a son, Stephan K. Holley; daughter, Loren Holley; three brothers, Keith Holley, Kenneth Holley and Claude Coleman; three grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Coleman and Zelda Holley; devoted friend, Melvin Hardy; and a host of other relatives and friends.
