Willie Vee Nash, 82, entered her eternal home on October 22, 2011. She was born in Copiah County, MS and was the widow of John W. Nash, Jr. She was a member of Azalea Garden Church of God where she sang in the choir for many years and was also active in the Bible Study Group at Shorewood Cove Senior Apartments. She is survived by her children, Charles Richard Parsons, Donald Ray Parsons, Charlotte Ann Epperly, Melissa Nash Jackson, and Jon Kevin Nash; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was very devoted to her faith, was a very loving and very giving mother and grandmother, she was a very good friend to all and always had an open door to those in need. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at 11 a.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and an hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Azalea Garden Church of God. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
