Willis was born on June 4, 1921 and passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

Willis was a resident of Richland Center, Wisconsin at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Lillian.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at the TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 400 East Seminary Street, Richland Center. Visitation will be held on Monday evening, July 2, 2012 at the PRATT MEMORIAL CHAPEL from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Visitation on Tuesday, will be at the church from 11:30 AM until service time.

The family suggests memorials be directed to Schmitt Woodland Hills or to Trinity United Methodist Church.
