Bryce Kim Christensen, 21, died on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 as the result of a car accident in Spanish Fork, Utah. He was born August 26, 1987 in Brigham City, Utah to Kim Booth and Wynette Fife Christensen. He was the 5th of six children. He was a graduate of Spanish Fork High and was on his way to his first day of college when the accident occurred.

He returned in October, 2008 from serving and loving his time in Cape Town, South Africa as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was employed by the Spanish Fork Channel 17 and had a passion for film editing which he hope to pursue at BYU. He was an Eagle Scout, an avid snowboarder, skate boarder, and a self taught barber, giving many haircuts to his fellow missionaries in the field. He loved playing the guitar, and was always listening to his favorite music.

Bryce is survived by his parents, Kim and Wynette Christensen, of Spanish Fork; and his brothers and sisters, Brooke Christensen, of South Jordan, Utah; Tyler (Natalie) Christensen, of Bloomington, Indiana; Kira Christensen, of Tucson, Arizona; McKay Christensen, of Provo, Utah; and Dallin Christensen, serving as a missionary in Sapporo, Japan.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah. Funeral services will be Monday, January 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Spanish Fork UT South Stake Center, 1150 East 1240 South, Spanish Fork. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral, from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
