We are so sad to hear of Bill's passing. Bill not only had an infectious smile and laugh, but also made us feel comfortable and confident when we were in business meetings with OPI. Bill always supported us and we have a tremendous amount of respect for him. Our condolences to the Halfacre family. Rest in peace dear Bill.

It was always great to work with you Bill - you treated everyone with so much respect & dignity. I will miss talking football with you on Mondays - no matter how good or bad our teams did. God Bless You Bill.

I was sad to hear of Bill's passing, I had just recently met him when he came to visit me at my Merle Norman Studio, he was so upbeat and full of ideas and he made the visit so enjoyable. My sympathy to his mother, wife, and children. May. God's peace be with all of you.

Bill always added such a fun-spirited light to our company at OPI. He was so respected and well-loved by all his colleagues! Everything he touched turned to gold, such a wise business man, but more importantly his human relationships, that's what made him the incredible role model to me. He always brought so many smiles to everyone's faces. I couldn't help but laugh when I'd see him drive around the tiny nail polish car near the streets of OPI. Bill

To the family of Bill: I am sorry for your loss. I have always seen you guys at Merle Normans conventions and usually we had a flight back to nashville on the same plane, lol! Bill had come into my studio earlier this year and his presence was so calming. His ideas were great and doable. I am truly going to miss this gracious man. Not many come along like him in a lifetime. You as a family were and are still blessed!

Bill will always have a very special place in my heart and great memories of the time spent together, of course my memory is not near as good as Bill's was. He was so proud of his family and loved each one of you dearly. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today had it not been for Bill Halfacre. I know we will laugh together again some day. Love, Dennis & Shelly Tubbs
