Please accept my sincere regrets at the passing of Roger. He was ALWAYS so cheerful and welcoming when we visited from Concordia. I very much enjoyed visiting in Corder when a child. My image is of a family that loved each other and was happy together. I think my first memory goes back to when Grandpa George (my middle name) Fricke passed away and was laid out there. I would like to pass along my deepest sympathies to Roger's family for your loss. I went to grade school and high school with Roger and have many memories of time we spent together. We were never close buds but we always enjoyed a nice chat that related to whatever was going on that day. God Bless Roger Fricke and his family. I have very fond memories of Roger from back in my baseball playing days. Roger would let you know precisely what the call was on any play and would not let you dispute his call. I never would disagree. He was the Umpire and the Ump is always right. It was very sad to hear of Roger's passing. Whenever I would run into Roger in the last several years, I was always more than happy to visit with him. Roger will be truly missed!
