Having known Joyce for over 45 years, I have sung and played with her, prayed for her, known her friendship and respect, and laughed with her. She and George have been part of my extended family. It is sad to see her go, but we rejoice that she no longer battles with the physical ailments. I pray for comfort for George, Lynette, Karen, and the grandkids, and other relatives. We look forward to the grand reunion in Heaven one day.

My condolences to the family of Joyce Clark. She was a special lady and a great friend to and support for my deceased mother, Dorothy Peck. Because of her deep musical interests, she accompanied my mother to my husband's voice recital in Ithaca, NY. I wish that I would have had the chance to see her again. I was thrilled to get her Christmas letter and to hear about her wonderful 80th bash! Somewhere she is playing her music.

I have such fond memories of Joyce from childhood visits with Karen, her daughter and my classmate. Joyce's love of life was obvious and contagious, and she appeared to put her all into everything she did. I can still see and hear her playing piano and singing with such incredible zest! My condolences to her family and all her many friends.

Joyce and I met as neighbors many years ago and we quickly bonded. She was always so supportive of me and I have never had a friend quite like her. Nor will I again. Joyce was one of a kind and will be missed by so many people. Her zest for life was contagious, as was her laughter. I love you dear Joyce and you will be forever in my heart.

Joyce and I met when I was a first grader in her class. She continued to be my friend and mentor to the present. When Joyce and I visited frequently or talked on the phone..it was golden. I will miss my Joyce and hold dear all the wonderful memories, music and love of teaching that she passed on to me.

Joyce and I taught together for many years at the Valley Building.I was a new young teacher and Joyce was one of my mentors. I have many wonderful memories of working with Joyce. Every time I would see her she would remind me of my adventures in finger painting with her class. She was a multifaceted person who I was privileged to know and be a friend with. I will greatly miss Joyce. I am sure she will be playing in that heavenly choir. I will be listening for the beautiful music.
