To Sandra and family, my deepest condolences at the loss of Bun. He was truly a gift from God to so many of us, and we thank you for sharing him with us. He was one of my teachers, but more importantly, he did much to disciple me in Christ through the Bible Studies in his and Betsy's home and the Resurrection House. I have been in full-time pastoral ministry in Hawaii for the last 30 years, and Bun was very influential in my being where I am today. He will always be fondly remembered. God bless each of you.

Mr. Fisher was my track coach, and he taught 7th grade science as well.
Many of the guys on the track team called him "Bun;" but I could never do
that, in fact if I were to meet him today, I would still call him Mr. Fisher.
Of all the teachers I had in High School, he would be the one who I remember
the most.
R.I.P. Mr. Fisher........

Bun Fisher was my hockey coach when hockey was only in its infant stage in Alexandria, before there were indoor rinks, before there was artificial ice, and when the spectators stood along side the rink in -10 degree weather. Bun was always there beside us teaching us not only how to play the game but how to be responsible individuals. The greatest thing about my hockey experience was playing for Bun, and seeing that smile on his face when his boys did well.......My deepest sympathy to the fisher family...

Heaven is where Jesus is.
It is the place—
where everything lasts forever,
where everything that is best remains,
where everything good is celebrated,
where light fills every space,
where love fills every heart,
where worship fills every breath,
where praise never stops,
where pain never enters,
where joys never cease. Bun Fisher made an impact on every life he touched. His kind and caring heart touched mine many years ago in Alexandria, MN. The Resurrection House was a place that

Members of Bun's family.....I am very sorry to hear of Bun's passing. He was my track coach for the few years I was in Alex and must say one of the most inspiring fellas I ever met. I'm sure he'll have a great team assembled in heaven.
