"My condolences to the Yano family for the passing of Timmy after a valiant fight against cancer. He was a good friend of mine while we attended St. Albert the Great school. He and I grew up in Noth Royalton alongside names such as Mercuri, Kleppel, Kortan, Marini, Marek, Muttillo, Keating, Andexler, Hoza to name just a few. My fond memories of him would be playing alongside him in CYO football and basketball games. I always enjoyed throwing touchdowns to him, Tony Mercuri and my brother Sean during our 8th grade season. Although we lost touch when half the class became Bears and most of the others became Namers. I will never forget him as a FRIEND during my time in North Royalton."

"Dear Yano family and friends, I have no words. Timmy was the younger brother of a friend from elementary school and neighbor just down the road on the way to Durrs. This sweet Life's journey is a reminder that time is short and our memories few in comparison to our view of eternity. I will pray got you all today and in the days to come. Time will heal, and in the meantime Gods love will comfort you. It'll become more bearable, but always a void. Rest In Peace my friend."
