"Gone too soon but not forgotten. Bill and I enjoyed a freindship that spans over 50 years beginning in our young childhood. We formed a bond through our experiences as children and teens that lasted to the end. Although we eventually lived in different parts of the country, and drifted apart for a while, we were able to be reconnected through social media. Bill and I worked together at times, and played together at times. He was enthusiastic and competitive. He had a great sense of humor and any time we talked, we always had a good laugh, wether the topic was current, or reminisent. Bill and his family were caring, helpfull, and generous to me and many of our friends. Goodbye for now my friend. May you rest in peace."

"I am heartbroken for all of you and praying for you. Bill was a one of a kind special person and it won't be the same without him. I still remember as though it was yesterday when my sister's boyfriend breezed into our lives about 40 years ago with his corvette and curly perm and an enthusiasm to get to know us. What a character he was! He always did everything with lots of energy and a great sense of humor. I will miss you Bill - Rest in Peace and may God have mercy on you."
