Very surprised to hear of this. Chuck was my neighbor while growing up. I used to hear him testing and tuning his race sleds on the pond. I remember all the cool cars he had, and I thank him for teaching me a few things over the years. Race on my friend. #56 Vance Elfering

Charlie rest in peace, I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet you. You have a very wonderful and caring lady and a very handsome son. Charlie you will be very deeply missed by Ronald, John, Kurt, Pee Wee, Walter & Barb, Sue, & Rosie along with your nephews and nieces Justin Ashley & Jake.
