With deepest sorrow we announce that Dawn Ann (Conley) Rouse, 52, wife of Mickey Rouse of Alexis, North Carolina, passed away on February 27, 2016 at Caramont Regional Hospital in North Carolina after a brief illness. Born in Hartford, CT on March 4, 1963, she was the Daughter of William and Cira Conley. Dawn grew up in South Windsor, graduating from South Windsor High School. She worked for many years at Farmtek before moving to North Carolina. Besides her parents Dawn leaves behind her loving husband of four years, Mickey Rouse of NC, her daughter and best friend Jessica Hope Shackway of NC, her brothers William Conley and his wife Jill of Somers, and Mark Conley and his wife Kate of NH along with nieces, nephews, and many friends. Memorial calling hours are being held at Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm with a service at noon. A memorial fund has been set up for Dawn's daughter Jessica. Donations can be made at:www.youcaring.com/jessicahope
