We send our condolences to the Easley family! Mrs. Val was a very sweet person and loved by many. May she rest in peace now, no more pain and discomfort. She is in heaven with loved ones that passed before her and she will be watching down on her loved ones still on Earth. May the good Lord comfort you in your healing and let you remember her with a smile on your faces for all the memories you shared...God Bless!!!!

Although it has been many years since I saw Aunt Val on a regular basis, the memory of her along with her brothers and sisters and their families sitting in the great room of the house in Osyka will never fade. She and all of her family were always loving and kind toward me. I knew Aunt Val as a child knows his Aunt, and I loved her.

I hope you're there in heaven, Aunt Val, sitting, talking and laughing with Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Ben, Uncle Joe, Aunt E, Aunt Sis, Uncle Paul, and most importantly with Uncle John, Johnny and Mary, and that you are very happy.

I love you Mom and I am grateful for your release of all pain and negativity. Up to the end you entertained us with stories from our shared past. You approached death with a gladness that made us happy for you but very sorry for ourselves. Because we believe in the same Jesus Christ, we hope to join you and all our loved ones who have gone before us (Dad, Mary Kathryn, Johnny and MANY more) when the Lord has finished with us and at His calling. Please look down on us and know you are always in our hearts. We love you so much!
