Condolence & Memory Journal

I'm very sorry for your loss. Ricky was like an older brother to me when I was younger. I still remember some of the advice he gave me in 1983 when I was only 13 years old.

At the time, I said he was wrong and each time I saw him after that, he reminded me and said he was right. I hate to admit it here and NOW, but, yes Ricky, you were right and I was wrong!!!

I'm very sorry I just found out about the service. I would have been there.

I've been thinking about him a lot recently and really wanted to talk to him and tell him he was right and thank him for the other advice he gave me. :(

Ricky was always a fun loving guy. I remember him as a kid growing up with my younger brothers. They were constantly in some kind of mischief. He had that silly grin on his face when ever you saw him and you knew there was a good story behind it. I thank God for friends like that. They give you good reason to look forward to tomorrow.
