LENARD, Richard Anthony "Rick". December 13, 2019. Age 68. Beloved husband of Deborah (nee: Reske) for 47 years. Loving father of Jason Lenard (Amy) and Ryann Morley (Kris). Proud and loving Papa and Gramps of his grandsons Kevin, Drew, Jax and Chase. Dear brother of Kathy Brehm (Doug), Larry Lenard, Bill Lenard (Gail), Betsy Johnson (Bill) and the late MaryBeth Holewinski. Also survived by his always faithful and loving Sophie the Wonder Dog. Rick worked as a millwright for many years. Upon retirement, he moved to Port Austin, where he became the Mayor of the Beach. Visitation Monday 3-8 pm. Funeral Tuesday 10 am at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 54880 Van Dyke (at 25 Mile Rd.), Shelby Township. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions that will be distributed to Rick's favorite charities, including BoatNerd and the American Cancer Society.
