Condolence & Memory Journal

I remember when we were young and would go "shopping" around downtown Bay City. We'd stop and visit with Aljean's mother at the Alden catalogue store for a while and then would be "shooed" out! We didn't do much shopping in those days, but had a great time looking! And did we laugh! And Laugh! And laugh! For the life of me I can't remember what we laughed about, but in those silly early teen years I thought Aljean was so much fun to be around. We lost contact after high school, but I have thought about her positive and humorous outlook many times through the years. I was looking forward to looking her up next summer on my planned trip to Bay City. I want to belive she'd have me laughing again....

It was my pleasure to sit across from Aljean many years ago as the PHO office began. She was a smart and kind-hearted with a wonderful warm sense of humor. Sending blessings to her loved ones as I cherish the memory of her.

I remember the good ole times at Cedar Shores Campground and the PHO... I lost contact with you a few months ago and didn't know what happened.... I guess God had a project that needed your skills.... but it doesn't mean you won't be missed by all that knew you!
