Nancy, I never met Bill but you married him so he must have been a special person. I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure you have great support around you helping you through this sad time.

Dear Nancy, Our thoughts and prayers are with you on behalf of your WLIA family.
Bill was a wonderful person. I remember our fun dinner at the Goose Blind restaurant in Green Lake many years ago.
We are here for you and look forward to seeing you again in Wisconsin.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Bill and I had many pleasant chats as he tended the corn patch behind my house. He was a sweet, kind, and intelligent man. I just wish I had known him better. Prayers and healing thoughts for Nancy and the rest of his family.

Nancy, So sorry to hear of your loss. I never met Bill, but I remember you telling me about his work in genetics. I see where he enjoyed golf and I know that is one of your passions as well. Thanks again for all you did for Manitowoc County when you were in Wisconsin.

We were so sorry to hear of Bill's passing but knowing he is in a better place brings a bit of solace. Bill led a life of purpose with a focus on making the world a better place and he certainly left it better than he found it. A life well lived! Bill will be missed of course but his memory and great times linger forever with all the people he has touched. Perhaps Bill is debating football with Woody right now. Our condolences, thoughts and prayers are with you Nancy in this difficult time.

I learned last night that another good friend had passed. Though, anticipated...it's always a bit of a moment when you hear it has occurred. A nice guy...had some pretty good wine every now and then...and always a friend. He came to Pendleton in time to know my dad well...so, that gave him tenure. He made a mark for himself deep enough to have etched his life on all of us and he made it possible to miss him. I swear...God, bless him...they don't make them much like Bill anymore.

Bill has been an old friend since we were in 4th grade. That makes it some 74 years. He will be missed by many of his Sidney High School Class of 1955 classmates. I shall miss his many notes and e-mails. Until we meet again "old friend". Take care and God bless.

Bill became one of the golf girls and we so enjoyed his presence and good humor. His bright intelligent star has faded from this life and I am saddened he is gone but have such wonderful memories of our outings together. Save a tee time for me on the other side.
