Tribute & Message From The Family
Loving Father, Stepfather, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend
Timothy M. Yano, age 54. Dear father of Ty Yano; son of James and Mary Ann (nee Neelon); brother of James Yano (Lisa); uncle of Jacob and Jillian; and stepfather of Timothy, Chad, and Clayton.
Tim passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at home surrounded by his family after a 2 year battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He fought his cancer with strength, courage and always a positive attitude. Never letting his illness take away his love of life or family and always a kind word for everyone he met.
As a commercial roofer for 25 years, Tim traveled throughout the country. He loved to work 7 days a week and still found time helping friends and family with anything they needed. He was an avid outdoorsman, Browns fan and loved fishing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be forwarded to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110 or www.hospicewr.org.
Friends and family may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio 44129, from 12:30pm till the time of service at 3pm on Sunday, August 1st.
In memory of Tim's devotion to the Cleveland Browns, the family is requesting all who come to celebrate Tim's Life, wear Browns attire.

My condolences to the Yano family for the passing of Timmy after a valiant fight against cancer. He was a good friend of mine while we attended St. Albert the Great school. He and I grew up in Noth Royalton alongside names such as Mercuri, Kleppel, Kortan, Marini, Marek, Muttillo, Keating, Andexler, Hoza to name just a few. My fond memories of him would be playing alongside him in CYO football and basketball games. I always enjoyed throwing touchdowns to him, Tony Mercuri and my brother Sean during our 8th grade season. Although we lost touch when half the class became Bears and most of the others became Namers. I will never forget him as a FRIEND during my time in North Royalton.

Dear Yano family and friends, I have no words. Timmy was the younger brother of a friend from elementary school and neighbor just down the road on the way to Durrs. This sweet Life's journey is a reminder that time is short and our memories few in comparison to our view of eternity. I will pray got you all today and in the days to come. Time will heal, and in the meantime Gods love will comfort you. It'll become more bearable, but always a void. Rest In Peace my friend.
