LEVESQUE. Agnes R. (O’Connor) Levesque, 81, of Windsor, beloved wife of the late Alfred J. Levesque, died Monday, (April 10, 2006) at a local convalescent home surrounded by her family. Born September 27, 1924 in Hartford, daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (Bray) O’Connor she lived in Hartford before moving to Windsor 54 years ago. Agnes was employed by the Hartford Insurance Group for over 45 years before retiring. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Poquonock and then St. Gabriel Church, Windsor where she was active. Agnes had a strong devotion to all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to read and was very proud of her Irish heritage. She is survived by her four sons, Thomas Levesque of Windsor Locks, David Levesque and his wife, Robby of Windsor, Dennis Levesque and his wife, Jeanne of East Hartford, Frederick Levesque and his wife, Eleanor of Windsor; six grandchildren, Neysa, Erin, Jason, LeeAnne, Carole, Brendan; four great grandchildren, Noah, Paul, Thomas and Brady; and a special friend, Robert Daigle. She also leaves relatives in Ireland. She was predeceased by a brother, Sean Michael “Bob” O’Connor and a sister, Mary Levesque. The family would like to thank the staff at Kimberly Hall for their care. Family and friends may gather Tuesday, April 18, 8:15 a.m. at Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Ave. Poquonock section of Windsor, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 9 a.m., St. Joseph Church, Poquonock. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Poquonock. Her family will receive friends Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home.
