Dummerston - Albert E. Jaquith of Dummerston died at the age of 91 on February 12, 2012 at Vernon Advent Christian Home where he had been a resident during a lengthy period of failing health. The son of Roscoe and Dorothy Jaquith, he attended schools in Brattleboro and served in the Military Police of the US Army. He worked for Minshall Organ before starting his own business in the wholesale florist industry and later was employed as an electrician with Dompier Electric Company. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, he was a member of the American Legion, and after retirement, he developed a hobby of CB radio. He was preceded in death by his wife Iris (Wrisley) in 1993. He is survived by son Francis, daughter Bonnie Chamberlin, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be private with burial in Meetinghouse Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mr. Jaquith's name may be made to the West Dummerston Volunteer Fire Department, P.O.
