Ledyard – Alicia Marie Attinello, 47, of Ledyard, passed away March 31, 2015 at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London, CT. Alicia was born December 7, 1967 in New London, CT, the daughter of Rosario and Margaret (Hickey) Attinello of akdale, CT. Alicia was a 1985 graduate of Montville High School, and also a graduate of Three Rivers Community College, where she earned an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development. Alicia also obtained certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Before returning home to Connecticut, Alicia worked for Prescription Solutions as a Senior Customer Service Representative. In addition to her parents, Alicia is survived by her beloved partner, Meredith L. Gordon, sisters, Roseann Imbriglio and her husband, Michael III, and Tina Doran and her husband, Matt, nieces, Christina Imbriglio and Alexandra Doran, and nephews, Michael Imbriglio, IV and Matthew Doran, Jr. Alicia also leaves behind many extended family members and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 10, at 11 AM at the First Congregational Church of Norwich, 81 East Town Street, Norwich, CT. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alicia's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation. The Thomas L.
