I just found out that Barbara had passed away and am grieving for the loss of this dear old friend. Even though she and I had fallen out of touch over the years, I will always treasure in the deepest recesses of my heart the years of friendship, love, and support we shared in our little corner of Brown County, Indiana. Dear friends and family of Barbara,

I just found out that Barbara had passed away and am grieving for the loss of this dear old friend. Even though she and I had fallen out of touch over the years, I will always treasure in the deepest recesses of my heart the years of friendship, love, and support we shared in our little corner of Brown County, Indiana. It was a magical and healing time for the both of us. Barbara helped me heal after the death of my beloved grandmother and stood right by my side as I grieved the death of my boyhood friend. I would like to think I reciprocated by helping her during this time in the mid-1980's when she was finding and making a new path for herself.

Barbara loved exploring new things, new ideas, and new pursuits. She was a wonderful energy, highly inquisitive, smart, loyal, and fun. I am deeply grateful God put her in my path. I will continue to think about her for the rest of my life and will cherish the memories of those wonderful years in BC. Those were golden days.

Barbara, we love you! Thank you for everything.
