Betty M. Cutlip, 84, of Burghill passed away on August 28, 2015 at 10:15 pm, at Concord Care Center in Cortland. Betty was born March 6, 1931 in Dayton, PA a daughter of the late David P. and Violet (Henry) Lukehart. Betty worked as a machine operator for 15 years at Cleveland Brass located in Kinsman. In her free time, Betty enjoyed crafts, needle point crochet, making dresses for dolls, and playing bingo. Betty's precious memories were spent with her family and friends who she held so dear to her heart. She leaves behind two step sons; Dewey (Wanda) Cutlip, from Burghill, Robert Cutlip, from Myrtle Beach, SC, her nephews; William (Donna) Conner, from Burghill, Victor (Bonnie) Conner, Michael (Becky) Conner, both from PA, Ken (Barb) Klingensmith, from Virginia Beach, and Ron Lukehart, from Johnston, her nieces; Peggie (John) Deemer, from PA, Tina Bates, from Virginia Beach, and Debbie (George) Rathburn, from Mecca, 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Besides her parents Betty was preceded in death by her first husband Victor Morris, whom she married June 3, 1950, he passed away in 1975, her second husband, Walton Cutlip who passed away in 1995. Betty was also preceded in death by two sisters, Lois Conner, and Linda Klingensmith, her brothers Ronald and Robert Lukehart, a step son Billy Cutlip and a nephew David Klingensmith. Funeral services will be held Monday August 31, 2015 at 12:00 pm. at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Shafer-Winans Chapel, 164 North High Street, Cortland, OH 44410. Family and friends may call from 10:00 am until the time of the service on Monday. Interment will take place at All Souls Cemetery.
