CREVE COEUR ~ Bill Leonard Ocker, 59, of Creve Coeur, passed away at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Generations at Peoria.

He was born August 6, 1961 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania to William Leonard and Nancy (Swartz) Duncan.  His parents preceded him in death.

He married the love of his life, Deana Butler on June 5, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky.  She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Nicholas (Alejandra Garcia) Ocker of Creve Coeur; two grandchildren, Juliana and Aiden; one sister Becky Reeise of Indiana; and two brothers, Brian Scoggan of Indiana and Cliff Ocker of Carlock.

Bill was a cook at Chili’s in Peoria for over 26 years.

He was known as a Jack-of-all-trades and would repair anything around the house and with computers. He enjoyed metal detecting, fishing, and cooking in his free time.

A gathering celebratimg Bill's life will be held at a later date.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family for the grandchildren’s college fund.
