Candy Sue Bush was born November 2, 1947 in Bradford, PA. She died June 2, 2017 after a brief illness at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN.


Candy was retired from Kane Community Hospital in Kane, PA., having work in administration. Was a member of Bradford Kiwanis Club. Candy and her husband Ken moved to Corinth a few years ago, where they are members of First United Methodist Church. She was serving as President of the Pink Ladies Auxiliary at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was an Eastern Star, enjoyed playing the organ, knitting, bowling and spending time with her family.


Preceded in death by her father, Theodore John Hardy Jr.; grandparents, Theodore John and Marie Hardy, Sr. and Alfred and Alma Hegquiest.


She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Ken Bush of Corinth, MS.; mother, Lorrene Hardy of Corinth, MS.; daughter Nanna Bush (John Hupfer) of St. Marys, PA.; son, Jay Bush of Temple, TX.; granddaughter Alexis Kay Bush of Temple, TX.; sisters, Sherry Smith (Paul) of Corinth, MS.; Joyce Holys of Las Vegas, NV.; brothers, Ted Hardy (Robyn) of Derrick City, PA.; Tom Hardy (Cheryl) of Wirtz, VA.; host of other family and friends.


In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to The Pink Ladies c/o of Magnolia Regional Health Center 611 Alcorn Dr. Corinth, MS. 38834 or American Cancer Society.


Family will have a private family memorial service at a later date.
