Carlos was born on August 16, 1991 and passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019.
Carlos was a resident of Aberdeen, Idaho at the time of passing.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 21, at the Blackfoot American Legion, 436 N Fisher Street, Blackfoot, Idaho.
