Carrie was born on March 2, 1964 and passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017.

Carrie was a resident of Archer, Florida at the time of passing.

She is survived by her husband, Bernard Boykin, Sr.; father, Abraham McGill and mother, Melvina Robinson; children, Valencia Boykin-Irons and Bernard Boykin, Jr.; grandchildren, Mulajia Williams, Tahlor Shanks, and K'Leb Cole; sisters, Lucy McGill, Gail Willis, Catrina Peeples, Luella Webb, Gloria Byrd, Joyce Wells, and Pracilla Amos, and brothers, Cleveland McGill, Clarence McGill, and Abraham McGill, III. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street, with Pastor Freeman Fields and Elder Renney Gray officiating.
