Charles "Chuck" Andrew Perkins, age 76 of Radcliff, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born February 8, 1940 in Ada, Ohio to the late Boone and Imogene Wolfe Perkins. He enjoyed cooking, canning, working on cars and spending time with his grangchildren.He retired from Austin Powder after 45 years, he was a veteran of the US Army, a member of the Orphans Friend Lodge #275 F.& AM of Wilkesville, the Wilkesville American Legion Post 476 and the Shilo Shriner Club in Wellston.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Maggie Perkins, children: Chuck Perkins, Lori Perkins and Kim Perkins (Fiancee James Grueser), grnadchildren: Emily Grueser (Fiancee Demetrisus Smith) and Nicholas Grueser, 9 brothers and sisters and sisters. He was also survived by special friends: Patty Hughes and Judy Mace as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with John Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Radcliff Cemetery with Military graveside services being performed by the Jackson DAV Chapter 45. Family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Masonic service being held at 8PM.
