SAUGUS – Mr. Charles Flickinger, Jr., 83 years, died on Wednesday, May 2nd at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. He was the husband of the late Antonia M. (Marrone) Flickinger.

Born in Otsego, MI, he was the son of the late Charles and Arlyth (Olson) Flickinger. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War veteran and worked as a truck driver for Teamsters Local 379 of Charlestown.

Mr. Flickinger is survived by two sons, Thomas Flickinger of Pittsfield, NH and Charles Flickinger III of Saugus. He is also survived by 3 sisters, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Monday at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
