Charles was born on August 20, 1926 and passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

Charles was a resident of Alstead, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

He graduated from school in New York.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Charles was married to Mary.

The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 7 2017 at Emmanuel Church in Bellows Falls Vermont.

Memorial contributions may be made to Memory Care Unit at The Village Cedar Hill 92 Cedar Hill Drive Windsor VT 05089.
