Charlie Edward Rouse, 71, of Georgetown, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at his residence. He was born November 28, 1940 in Georgetown, Arkansas to the late Fletcher Alvin Rouse and Estelle Robinson Rouse.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, William Edward Rouse; and two sisters, Arbie Ann and Helen.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Wanda Wilkins Rouse of the home; two daughters Karen Weeden of Georgetown, Arkansas, Nancy Layrock and husband Ronald of West Point, Arkansas, one daughter in law, Kelly Rouse of Georgetown, Arkansas; seven brothers, Arthur, Jack, Donald, Jimmy, Burnis, Allen and Marcus; five sisters, Shirley, Betty Ruth, Artie Mae, Susie, and Janice; four grandchildren, Curtis, Lucas, Justin and Drake.
Mr. Rouse was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Georgetown. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday June 28, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
