Colton Jay Enriquez was born on August 20, 1989 in Mineral Wells, TX. His family moved to Houston, TX in 1990 where he was raised. He passed away on Sunday June 25, 2017.

Colton attended Wells Middle School and graduated from Westfield High School in June 2007. He enlisted to serve his country and was sworn into the United States Navy in June 2007. He was a crane operator at the US Navy Seasbees and former crane operator at Blackhawk HM-15 (Home of the Big Iron) in Norfolk, VA where he received his Honorable Discharge as Petty Officer Third Class from the Navy. In his younger years, Colton joined karate in 1993 and received his Black Belt in 2000 from Barry's Martial arts.

He is proceeded in death by his Maternal Grandfather Dale Gann, his Maternal Grandmother Edna Pierce, Maternal Grandmother Ruth Fischer, Doyle (Uncle Tinker) Fischer and Paternal Grandfather George Benton.

Colton is survived by his parents, Barry and Mitzi Benton of Houston, TX and Domingo Enriquez Jr. of Mineral Wells, TX. Maternal Grandparents Eddie and Linda Pierce of Mineral Wells, TX. Paternal Grandparents Oris Benton of Humble, TX and Domingo Sr. and Beatrice Enriquez of Mineral Wells, TX.
He leaves behind his brothers Barry (Tanya) Blake of Detroit, MI; Damion Wheatfall (Daddy's Baby) of Houston, TX; Donald Huntsman of Kokomo, IN; and Blair Benton of Houston, TX. He is also survived by his Uncle and Aunt Ginger Hull of White Settlement, TX; Aunt, Stephanie Benton of Humble, TX ; DeeDra (Kip) Hooks of Weatherford, TX; Robyn (Todd) Greene of Granbury, TX; Joey (Emily) Pierce of Weatherford, TX; Duane Benton of Flint, MI; Gordon Benton of Humble, TX; Stephen (Kieshea) Benton of Humble, TX; Oscar (Della) Enriquez of Mineral Wells, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; his BMA family and close friends; his previous spouse Sylvia Valderas.
