David L. Glover, of The Woodlands, TX, passed away October 14, 2017.
He was born in Houston, TX on May 21, 1941.
David graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in 1959 and attended Harding University in Arkansas; he graduated from the University of Houston.
He was married to Judith Kathleen Glover.
David had a career in Sales and Marketing for Vopak North America Inc. in 2000 and later retired from its sister company Empak Inc. were he held the position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
He was a Specialist 4th Class United States Army- 418th Medical Ambulance Co. (STRAC) 1963 through 1965.
David became a Christian at the early age of 14 and he was an amateur boxing champion in high school. His favorite sports were tennis and boxing, David loved sports cars his passion was the Porsche Carrera 911, 350Z, RX 7 and he had a great sense of humor. He loved music and traveling, he visited places like Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Monte Carlo, Russia, Egypt, Israel, Syria, Cyprus, Greece, China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Liechtenstein.
He is preceded in death by parents; Don and Helen Glover, his brothers; John Robert Glover, Billy Charles Glover and brother -in-law Robert Thomas Moore.
David leaves to cherish his memories his wife; Judith, brother; Don Clifton (Barbara) Glover, sister-in-law; Tong Glover, Joan Glover, Kathy Moore, brother and sister-in-law; Najel and Julie McMahan along with a host of other relatives and friends.
