Deuard was born on May 18, 1932 and passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017.

Deuard was a resident of Edwards, Illinois at the time of passing.

Deuard served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany.

Services will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 10am at The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cottonwood Cemetery in Hanna City.

Memorials may be made to the Timber Ridge Apostolic Christian Home for the Handicapped in Morton, IL.
