Dillard passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.

Dillard was a resident of Elizabethtown, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and retired after 40 years from Ft. Knox Civil Service where he worked in Deployment-Reployment of Soldiers.

Burial will follow in Glendale Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and continue after 9 a.m. Saturday at Glendale Christian Church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of Contributions to American Cancer Society.
