Edna S. Wallenfelsz, 84, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away in the early morning hour of December 24, 2017.

Edna was born November 30, 1933 to Walter and Myrtle Smallwood in Berea, Kentucky.

She grew up during the post-war era enjoying an ideal childhood with one sister and seven brothers, spending time riding her bicycle.

She is preceded in death by her husband, David E. Wallenfelsz. They were married for 60 years. David and Edna moved to Tallahassee in 1990 where she worked in the family business making sure things were "just so" at Blue Ribbon Cleaners. She continued to work until the day she passed.

She was a member of Celebration Baptist Church which she enjoyed attending with her family.

Edna is survived by her five children: Mike (Angie), Jeff (Delaine), Shawn (Angie), Allison Chapman (Clarence), and Greg (Lisa). She is also survived by two brothers, Walter and Russell Smallwood, 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great, great-grandchild. She will be undeniably missed by many.

Family will receive friends on December 27, 2017, 3pm at Culley's Meadowood-Timberlane Road Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity.
