Erica Felicia Frazier, daughter of Floyd Frazier and Bertha Merlene Toulson, was born March 7, 1971 in Hollywood, CA. She departed this life on February 14, 2014. She received her early education in the public schools of Hawthorne and Los Angeles City School Systems. She graduated from John Burroughs Junior High School and received her GED after attending Walnut High School in Walnut, CA. Felicia studied two years of Psychology at Santa Monica College. She worked at the Bedford Group, a Real Estate Development firm and family owned business as an Administrative Assistant. Free-spirited Felicia struck out on her own exploring her travels in various states, landing in Texas, where she was to meet her father in a joint Real Estate Development project. During all these times she wrote manuscripts for her books. Felicia became a member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church (VCF) after recuperating from a stroke she suffered in Texas on October 16, 2006. She was declared brain-dead from the stroke and the medical staff requested her organs, but Bertha ordered the medical staff to keep Felicia alive until she got to Texas. George, her Papa G, went before VCF Church a few days later, asking the church to pray for Felicia and her mother. Papa G declared that Felicia would walk out of the hospital on her own power, and on December 9, 2006, Felicia walked out of the hospital. Felicia said that while she was in a coma, she "went to the other side" and saw her relatives who stated she had to "go back, she wasn't ready yet." The day that Felicia walked into VCF, the church exploded in Praise, because many of them knew they were witnessing a true miracle from God. At VCF, Felicia enjoyed going out with the Street Witnessing Team. She also went by herself witnessing for Christ in her neighborhood, handing out tracks such as "Did You Receive Your Free Gift?" or "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?" Everywhere she went, she was able to draw people to Christ, who were attracted to her boldness and beauty, as well as her apparent disability. Her beautiful smile and engaging personality won over many people. She loved to laugh. She loved animals. She also loved children and liked to work at VCF on Halleluiah Night. She always kept something in her purse to give someone, especially children, candy or gum. She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents George & Bertha Toulson; her blended family of brothers and sisters, namely Zane (Jolee), Faaron (Kiyo), Demetria, Andrea Jeffress, MD (Bill), Gebrette (Andre), George, Jr. (Robyn), and Charles Toulson, MD; her nieces Sydni Frazier, Adrianna, Jasmine and Brooklyn; nephews William, Quentin, Trevor, Bryant, and Austin; her aunts Joyce Jones (Sam) and Joann Quarles (Charles) and Godmother, Eleanor Fauver (Conrad); the Frazier family who are too numerous to mention individually; a host of cousins; her extended spiritual family of Kevin and Kelli Amaya, Kaylynn, Darian, Kevin, Jr. and Jordan, and many friends as well as "GODS GIRLS." Funeral 11 am, Friday, February 28, 2014 at Victory Christian Fellowship, 100 Wilton Blvd., New Castle, DE; viewing 9-11 am. Her burial will be private.
