She was the third of five children born to Galen and Juanita (Willis) Wyatt in Chanute, KS and raised in Long Beach, CA. After World War II, she married Lowell Gray and they had three children. Esther was pre-deceased by her parents, sister Elaine Stanton, brother George Wyatt, husband Lowell Gray, husband Winston Phillips, granddaughter Lisa Milligan, son-in-law Joseph Milligan, MD, and long-time companion Bob Bunds. She is survived by daughter Karen Milligan, son Gene (Cyndi) Gray, daughter Denise (Bill) Rollins, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and another due in the Spring, sister Marjorie Works, brother Jim Wyatt, along with many nieces and nephews. Esther was a woman of many talents and interests. She enjoyed decorating her home, adding to her collections, solving crossword puzzles and Soduko and playing solitaire on her iPad. She was an excellent seamstress and caring for her garden and home was a priority. Most of all, spending time with family and friends was her favorite pastime. Esther's children wish to thank and recognize the wonderful caregivers who made it possible for her to remain in her home where she was most comfortable.
