Frank Warren Moore died on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the age of 81 in Williamsburg, VA. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, his children Laura Kelly and Thomas Moore, his grandchildren Sarah and Sean Kelly, his nieces Carrie Palmer and Stephanie Gilmartin and his nephew Jason Knowles. He was the son of Frank W. Moore and Bernice Laura Brinkman of Tulsa, OK.

Warren was born in 1936 in Muskogee, OK and raised in Tulsa. He attended Franklin Grade School, Wilson Junior High School and Will Rogers High School, graduating in 1954. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1958 with a B.A. in Economics.

Warren spent 3 years in the United States Air Force as a Guidance Officer with its First Missile Unit in Germany and then as an MOC Officer for the 585th Tactical Missile Group at Bitburg AFB, Germany. After being released from active duty in 1961, Warren joined Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith as a Financial Advisor in Tulsa, OK. In 1972, he became the Sales Manager of the Philadelphia, PA branch office and four years later, moved to Honolulu, HI to manage the three offices in Hawaii and Guam. In 1981, Warren and his family moved once again, this time to New York, where he became the Regional Manager of the offices in eastern Long Island. After 38 years of service, in 1999 Warren retired from Merrill Lynch and kept busy as a local arbitrator and a consultant for the NASD, assisting brokerage firms in South Korea and Venezuela.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, Longhill Rd., Williamsburg. Interment with military honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Condolences may be shared at www.nelsenwilliamsburg.com.
