Frank Weemes 84, of Willis, Texas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 31st, 2017. Born in Atlanta, Texas to Jim and Cena Weemes. He lived most of his life in the Spring and Willis area.
Frank owned the Exxon Mobile Barber Shop. He loved his job and he was a hard worker. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, but never missed church on Sunday. He loved the Lord and shared the gospel with all he knew; he never met a stranger. As a servant of God he was a selfless man and helped many people in many ways. An inspiration to all that knew him.
Frank was extremely loving and proud of his wife, Phyllis, and three kids, Karen and Tommy Morgan of Willis, Kenny Weemes of Spring, and Alan and Luanna Weemes of The Woodlands.
He was preceded in death by his brother J.L. Weemes, and his wife Helen of Queen City, and his brother Harold Weemes of Marshall, Texas.
Frank is survived by his beautiful wife Phyllis Weemes; sister, Lilly Belle Jones of Longview, Texas; sister-in-law, Ann Weemes of Marshall, Texas, brother, Billy Merle Weemes and his wife, Willie of Willis; sister Jean Maxie and her husband Noland of Conroe; sister Shirley Taylor of Willis; and brother Doyle Weemes of Atlanta; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Frank Weemes will be missed dearly by all the lives he has touched.
