I remember when my sister, Janice, brought Gary home for supper and to meet the family. As Mom was finishing up dinner and we were sitting around the table, we told Gary that it was alright to place your napkin around your neck (we all did that). So, he thought it was okay and did that. When Mom came to the table with diner, we all (except Gary) yanked our napkins down. Mom looked around and saw that only Gary

I remember when my sister, Janice, brought Gary home for supper and to meet the family. As Mom was finishing up dinner and we were sitting around the table, we told Gary that it was alright to place your napkin around your neck (we all did that). So, he thought it was okay and did that. When Mom came to the table with diner, we all (except Gary) yanked our napkins down. Mom looked around and saw that only Gary still had his napkin around his neck, she explained Gary Santaw, napkins do NOT belong around your neck! They belong in your lap! That was when he noticed that everyone had their napkin in their lap! He laughed about it. That was then when we knew Gary would fit in well with our family! I have so many fond memories of Gary over the years. He fought a good fight and will be missed.
