George was born on January 2, 1941 and passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019.

George was a resident of Louisville, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of St. Charles High School Class of '59; a University of Louisville graduate; a U.S. Army veteran and retired accounting manager at General Electric.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM, Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Saint Bernard Catholic Church, 7500 Tangelo Drive, Louisville, with Rev. Bob Stuempel presiding. Burial will be at 1:30 PM Wednesday at Holy Name of Mary Cemetery in Calvary, where military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation is 2-8 PM Tuesday at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
