CARLOCK ~ Gerald Wayne Fultz, 50, of Carlock, passed away at 7;40 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at OSF Saint Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

He was born October 4, 1968 in Bloomington to Ervin F. and Gracie J. (Crose) Fultz. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Danielle Gibson and one brother, Michael Fultz.

Surviving are one daughter, Mandy Ratterree of Bloomfield, Iowa; two grandchildren; three sisters, Deborah (Latney) DuVall of Carlock, Vivian Ommart of Owensville, Indiana and Loretta (Mark) Seagraves of Olive Hill, Kentucky; four brothers, James (Liz) Fultz of Shirley, Harry Ayers of Lexington, Ervin Fultz, Jr. of Huntington, West Virginia and George Fultz of Evansville, Indiana and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gerald had worked as a professional painter for various companies across the United States.

An avid fisherman and football fan, especially of the Dallas Cowboys, Gerald had a passion for music. He was a talented musician, who played a mean guitar. His family was most important to him.

Gerald had attended House of Faith International Church in Bloomington.

A gathering celebrating Gerald’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
