Gladys Williams (nee Wardlow), age 87 of Strongsville. Passed away April 7, 2021. Beloved wife of the late David Williams; cherished mother of Denise P. Williams, David Williams II, Deric Williams, Dale Williams (deceased), Damon Williams and Davida Brock (Lamont); Adored grandmother of Ray (Stevie) Williams, Rueben (Tirome) Williams, Chantell Richardson, Cantrelle Derica Williams, Londyn Brock, and Aubrey Brock; loving sister of Jewell W. Smith (Oliver), Lois J. Shealy, and Eddie Wardlow Jr. (Nancy); preceded in death by husband David, parents Eddie and Jennie Mae Wardlow, and son Dale Williams. Gladys was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She cared deeply for her family and friends. Gladys showed love to all she knew and always had a smile on her face. She was often referred to as the "sweetest lady you'll ever meet". She always made sure that those who crossed her threshold were safe, happy, and well-fed. Gladys enjoyed so many things in her life. She loved to travel and explore. She was an avid reader, a talented artist, and a nature lover. She also had a great passion for camping, hiking, traveling, and roller skating. Friends may call the Busch Funeral Home 7501 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129 from 9am until the time of memorial service at 11am on Friday, April 16. Graveside service to follow at Cleveland Memorial Gardens. Cremation by Busch Crematory.
